You might be wondering why a Veteran couple would risk so much to start a Roastery. Well, Why Not!! Our passion and love for coffee have had us scour the world for the best tasting coffee. We eventually thought to ourselves "why not just make the best coffee so everyone can try it!!" and so Roastery 48 was born. We roast small batches of craft beans in a fluid bed roaster to make sure we get every drop of sweet flavor. Most of these other companies don't even know what a fluid bed roaster is, pshhhhh. Whether you prefer single-origin beans, blends, or flavored coffee, Roastery 48 has something for you.

Short but full of sass! This Navy Veteran can roast one hell of a good coffee. Don't let that cute smile fool you, not only is she beautiful but she's smart and works her ass off, too.

What can we say, he roasts really good coffee, he welds, he invents things and knows other stuff too. Oh, and did we mention he's a fire figher? He's the whole package. He's also full of attitude and well... If you don't like it, too bad!
